Lattice eliminates various deviations and makes the distance between mosaic chips equal. It is recommended to use the lattice of 50 x 53 cm. This dimensional feature is specially designed, it allows to significantly reduce the requirements for the qualification of worker gluing the mosaic – the less the number of spares needed to be assembled, the easier and more accurate will be the seam joining. For laying a mosaic pattern of 3 x 3 meters, you need to glue only 12 parts. For comparison, the size of standard sheet (set) for mounting of the mosaic panel on the surface is about 30 x 30 cm, to lay a panel of 3 x 3 meters, you would need 100 such parts (8 times more!).

Silicon mat creates the effect of mosaic manual laying. By laying mosaic chips directly on the silicone mat, it creates the effect of a mosaic laid out by hand. Due to the natural unevenness of the mosaic chip and the free path of chips in the feeder, the mosaic chips laying will not be equal, i.e. the distance between the mosaic chips and the angle of laying will not always be the same, which creates the effect of manual work.
Simple settings of the program will allow you to adjust the distance between chips.
